Ever considered the purpose a forum for Pharmacists could serve?
What if a platform of the sort existed all year round? Would it help our leaders better address our concerns knowing there is an avenue for Pharmacists to make known such matters?
If our leaders could stand a chance at satisfying Pharmacists at the end of their tenure, i believe they would have to at least get to hear us. I have personally believed that holding annual forums are just not enough. Problem-solving is a daily experience, and as matters arise, we should be able to make these known.

It is a good start, however it would still bore down to the readiness of said leaders to listen and actually be ready to cause a change
