Pharmacist Manager Needed at Circle and Korle-Bu, Accra.

AlphaDelta Pharmacy is actively seeking a dedicated, enthusiastic, and highly motivated Pharmacist Manager to join our team at the Circle and Korle-Bu Branches. The positions entail covering the following shift schedules:

Schedule A
Monday to Friday 3pm to 10pm plus Sunday Morning at the Korlebu Branch

Schedule B
Night Shift plus Sunday morning at the Circle Branch

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Degree in Pharmacy from a recognized institution.
• Valid pharmacist license.
• Proven experience in a managerial role within a pharmacy setting.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic and customer-focused environment.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day pharmacy operations.
• Ensure compliance with pharmaceutical regulations and standards.
• Lead and manage a team of pharmacy staff.
• Provide excellent customer service and pharmaceutical care.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals for optimal patient outcomes.
